Introduction

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker committed to helping others learn how to strengthen their quality of life. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around distorted thoughts and emotions. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about creating resources for individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression and personality disorders.
