I enjoy helping people discover their strengths and overcome barriers. At Inner Pieces Psychotherapy, I understand that true healing requires a holistic approach. Everyone encounters problems and challenges, but they do not need to determine your identity or future. Overcoming your past is possible and there is hope. I work with people going through a variety of life challenges and pride myself on meeting the unique needs of each person who enters my practice My specialties include, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and domestic violence. I utilize a variety of methods including EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic and Art Therapy. With the right tools and insights, I believe that people can grow through their struggles to live the life they were meant to lead. Choosing to move out of your comfort zone is scary, and making changes is hard. Together we can overcome your struggles to bring hope back into your life. Stop struggling and start thriving.
