By incorporating various strategies, including EMDR and IFS, I help you process through a compassionate lens; encouraging new and different perspectives in realtime. My clinical approach can help relieve you of guilt and shame—inviting you to engage in current relationships, work, and family in fulfilling ways. Knowing that we already have everything we need within, I see my therapeutic relationships as partnerships.
