Introduction

My goal is to liberate individuals and couples from unhelpful patterns, painful past experiences, and negative stories that are holding them back from leading a life that is meaningful, engaging, and enjoyable. By incorporating various strategies, including EMDR and IFS, I help you process through a compassionate lens; encouraging new and different perspectives in realtime. My clinical approach can help relieve you of guilt and shame—inviting you to engage in current relationships, work, and family in fulfilling ways. Knowing that we already have everything we need within, I see my therapeutic relationships as partnerships. I will support you and hold space as you work through the healing process, ultimately empowering you to recognize that you have all the tools to make the changes you crave.
