I truly believe we are intended to feel connected and loved by others. When this does not happen then it can create insecure attachments impacting multiple areas of your life. People often hold onto negative beliefs about themselves or the world that impact their relationships and daily life more than they may realize. I believe the past does not define someone, but may describe a lot of symptoms someone is experiencing. With an attachment-based framework and trauma-informed approach, I hold so much hope for those looking to find abundance in their lives. I am trained specifically in treating trauma and PTSD by using EMDR. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Motivational Interviewing while allowing you to guide your treatment and set your goals.
