A bit about me personally - I have lived in Colorado all of my life and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. While I dislike the cost of living here, I love being surrounded by such beauty and enjoying all four seasons each year. In my free time, I enjoy listening to audiobooks and podcasts, exercising (walks, yoga, and weight lifting especially), catching up with loved ones, and enjoying movies, shows, comedy, and video games with my husband. A personal understanding of what it means to struggle and experience hardship in my own life and upbringing led me to become a therapist, and I feel very privileged to be one. I attended school at the University of Northern Colorado as a first-generation student, earning my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology: Family Studies in 2011 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling: Couple’s and Family Therapy in 2016. I primarily work with folks in the Broomfield/Denver-metro area, though my license allows me to work with anyone in the state of Colorado via telehealth. I look forward to meeting you!
