I received my Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling from St. Edward's University. I am a very empathetic person, and I have a love of helping people. That is why my choice of therapeutic approach is narrative and client centered. I bring a genuineness and curiosity into the session along with unconditional positive regard. I believe that sessions should be safe places for the client to be heard and seen while telling their story and allowing us to come along and help provide ways to navigate changes in different chapters of their life. I believe in using evidence based therapeutic techniques that help the client express what they need to and when they need to in the way they feel most confident whether it is through talk, play, or expressive arts and collaboratively there can be meaningful change and personal growth. I am informed in some parts of play and expressive arts therapy. Everyone is welcome to step into this safe place when they are ready.
