Introduction

Welcome! I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Georgia with just over 8 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, parenting problems, relationship issues, Autism spectrum and ADHD, as well as assisting many people process different forms of trauma and abuse. My therapy style is warm, empathetic and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity while supporting them in their journey to healing. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, client centered and strengths based therapeutic styles. I will tailor our time to meet your treatment goals and specific needs. I exclusively provide telehealth sessions, meeting online through a secure patient portal via video call to allow clients to meet at their convenience, from the safety and the comfort of their home. I understand it can be difficult to ask for help and begin to take steps toward change and movement toward living your best life. When you are ready to take the first step toward change, I am here to support, motivate and empower you. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
