Introduction

Everyone has struggles in their lives at one point or another, I want to be able to help people navigate those struggles to live the best life they want to live. I have experience working with a variety of needs from ADHD, anxiety, depression, parenting stress and difficulties, personality disorders, foster care, trauma and family conflict. I have been working within the field for the last 15 + years in some capacity and will provide a space that will allow you to be authentic in whatever it is you are struggling with. A little about me: I have my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, and I have trained in several areas of treatment including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, trauma informed treatments, various parenting techniques, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and others.
