Introduction

Hello! I'm Amanda. I have been in the clinical social work field for about 12-years and love what I do. I have worked with both adolescents and adults throughout my career and offer a number of treatment modalities, including but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems theory (IFS). Regardless of the modality we might try, I take pride in my work being completely person-centered and planned around your individual needs. I stick to a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective that offers non-judgmental feedback in a safe-space. I have worked with a variety of patients, including those who suffer from PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, addiction recovery, mood disorder and other issues. My number one priority is to help you obtain your goals and feel better in a way that makes sense to you.
