I'm Dr. Amanda Cummings Brandenburg (She/Her/Hers), a Licensed Psychologist in Charlotte, NC, and the proud owner of Cummings Brandenburg Counseling PLLC. My practice specializes in providing high-quality individual counseling services to adults 18+ years. In addition to my NC license, I have an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) with The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), which allows me to provide tele-therapy to clients in over 40 states. I have over 10 years of experience providing psychological services in the Charlotte area and over 20 years of professional activities in the field of psychology. These activities range from counseling services to teaching to research coordination. I graduated with my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Miami and subsequently moved to Charlotte to complete my pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Counseling Center.
