Asking for help can be difficult. It is a courageous step. I believe that we all hold natural capacities for resilience, growth, and healing. As a therapist I offer a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for self-exploration and repair. My job is to support you along your journey, and I work hard to maintain a program of thoughtful practice because I’m devoted and passionate about this work. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from DePaul University of Chicago, and a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from City University of Seattle. I enjoy working with adolescents and adult individuals. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am certified in EMDR therapy and yoga. In my free time, I like hanging out with my people and critters. Being in nature. Listening to music. Appreciating a good cup of coffee with a sweet treat. Yoga. And improving my Hygge (the Danish art of comfort) skills. My practice is currently accepting adolescents (13 and up) and adult individuals.
