Introduction

I believe everyone has the power to heal, and no problem is too difficult to be solved. I take a systemic, whole-person approach to understanding your needs. I have a special interest in helping people heal from narcissistic abuse and dysfunctional family of origin dynamics. I love working with veterans, first responders, the LGBTQ+ community, and female-identified people. While I specialize in helping trauma survivors find healing and empowerment, I also enjoy working with other genders and people experiencing a variety of concerns.
