I know and respect that you are the expert in your life, and you know yourself better than anyone. By using evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, we will work together to empower you to find the tools and acquire the skills to bring positive change for yourself.
