In this fast-paced world full of distractions, it is easy to lose sight of who you are, who you want to be, and/or what you want. Is there a work-life balance that allows for career growth, as well as time and space to enjoy life? Burnout can affect people in any stage of career or sport. I can help you to reconnect with yourself, identify and realign with your values, and rediscover meaning. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space to explore how! My clients vary in age, starting at 15 years. Their challenges range across burnout, self-esteem, ADHD, high-performance, high-intelligence, perfectionism, grief/loss, relationships, trauma, and self improvement. In a collaborative approach, we will work towards you learning how to manage the myriad pressures of a busy life. Whether or not you have kids, we find new ways to experience the past, (re)build love and trust in the present, and move with empathy and connection towards the future. In a world of perplexing disconnection, I gravitate toward an integrative approach thats supports you to gain healthy relationships with yourself, the people close to you, and the world at large. If you want to reduce burnout, have a better work-life balance while still excelling, all while embracing your authentic self and living the life you want, let's work together. I can help get you there. I lead with curiosity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor. To me, therapy is walking alongside clients through their goals and challenges, empowering them along the way to the life they choose to lead. I don’t believe that one size fits all, so I tend to lean towards an integrative approach customized for each client. I typically practice Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, with some Internal Family Systems thrown in. However, I like to adapt to whatever you need at the time.
