Introduction
People are drawn to my calm/ nonjudgmental nature and warm presence. The relationship we build together is my number one priority. Finding a therapist you connect with can be tricky but having a secure connection is what makes healing possible. For my clients that healing happens when I help them process the trauma, anxiety and depression that is holding them back. I also offer therapy for couples to reconnect. Primarily I focus on communication difficulties, repairing breakdowns in trust and those considering divorce.
