I am dedicated to meeting people where they are and using an integrative approach personalized for each individual. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space where they can heal and build skills to overcome life's challenges. I have experience providing mental health care in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings. I have assisted individuals and families in a range of life stages or transitions facing challenges including: trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, divorce/separation, self-esteem, attachment, abuse, infertility, foster care/adoption, ADHD, relationship conflicts, stress, depression, self-esteem/confidence, PTSD, behavioral concerns, and parenting. My goal is to nurture a psychologically safe environment for clients to feel seen, heard, valued, and understood. Furthermore, I work together with clients to understand relationship dynamics, promote positive change, learn effective coping strategies, and overcome relationship barriers.
