I often utilize a humanistic approach to therapy and more structured approaches like solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy. My therapeutic approach focuses on an equal and collaborative relationship between mental health professionals and clients. I also utilize play therapy for younger clients.
