Introduction

Hi! I'm Alyssa, I'm an LCSW in NYC and licensed in NJ & MD. I provide online virtual therapy to teens and adults. I specialize in supporting clients heal from relational and complex trauma, ptsd, anxiety, codependency in relationships, and people pleasing. I also support clients looking to shift their relationship with alcohol. I bring a trauma and somatic, holistic, and relational lens. I also will pull from various approaches I am trained in like somatic strategies, mindful self compassion and other mindfulness based approaches, EMDR, and DBT skills. Though I believe prioritizing the therapeutic relationship is most important and will always work to create a safe space and trust between us. I am passionate about guiding my clients to heal from the past, become more authentic and confident versions of themselves, and create meaningful change in the present.
