Emotions can often make life feel harder and more complicated than it already is. I specialize in helping clients struggling with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and neurodivergence. I work to help you feel more in control of your emotions, relationships, and overall life choices. I don't believe anyone needs to be "fixed" but if you feel "stuck" I can help you take action towards the things that are most important to you. I am trained in psychotherapy techniques, but as an art therapist also strongly believe that art-making can help us visually and verbally explore difficult emotions and experiences. My role as a therapist is to work alongside you as a guide, encouraging and helping you to work toward your healing goals.
