Alyssa believes each person can find relief and wholeness through safety and connection. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome former patterns in order to foster healthier connections both with others and within themselves. She utilizes a faith-based approach to aid adults, couples, and adolescents through stress, anxiety, depression, stressors, life transitions, and relational issues. Alyssa’s focus is creating a safe and compassionate environment for clients to explore their story and find healing. Alyssa is completing her master’s degree at Missouri Baptist University and is under the professional supervision of Randy McLaren. In her free time, Alyssa loves to read, bake, play pickleball, and explore all the coffee shops St. Louis has to offer.
