Introduction
Aly offers strengths-based, non-coercive therapy where folks can celebrate their strengths, explore coping and healing strategies, and feel empowered to meet their goals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), she works with youth and adults to address concerns including trauma and complex trauma, neurodivergence, gender and sexuality, depression, anxiety, self harm, and substance use. She is proudly LGBTQIA-affirming, neurodivergence-affirming, and fat-positive. She works to promote social justice inside and outside of the therapy room, and recognizes how systems of oppression are closely linked with our mental health.
