Introduction

BloomWell Therapeutics provides a hybrid experience of both virtual and in-person services within the Topsail area. There is a demand for incorporating the benefits of the natural world and therapy. I believe in the power of nature and aim to teach how our minds & bodies interact with the world around us, as well as the stories we create from that experience. Whether it be sitting in a park, walking the beach, or hiking a trail nature is all around us. My background is in community mental health and non-medical counseling within the military community. I hold a certificate in Horticulture Therapy and currently am in the process of becoming a certified Nature-Informed Therapist. I utilize multiple modalities when selecting interventions for my clients as I believe one way does not work for everyone. Please feel free to reach out with your preference of meeting in nature or exclusively telehealth.
