This is why I firmly believe that anybody can benefit from therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. In the past, I have worked with those who are struggling with anxiety, life adjustments, attachment, ADHD, depression, and trauma by utilizing modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, and SFT. As a first-generation Pacific Islander, I understand the importance of having a space to be able to open up and process life's countless obstacles.
