Introduction

I am a bilingual/bicultural Spanish Speaking therapist who specialized using EMDR, CBT, and Energy Psychology, EFT, Tapping to help people get unstuck and move past their trauma. When life becomes too stressful and feeling like you are not happy because you don't understand why. I use these interventions to help people identify root cause of their issues and help heal their body and mind through EFT, Tapping, Energy modalities and EMDR. By using these interventions I help people work through disturbing memories or core believes and help individuals heal their trauma and feel more confident to keep on the path of their life's journey.
