Hi there. I specialize in working with high achieving athletes that might be dealing with trauma, performance issue, mental block, sport anxiety, depression, self-esteem, decreased motivation, sport injury, grief and loss, or any other trauma or issue that might be affecting an individuals performance on and off the field. The primary goal of my practice is to help young athletes work through difficulties as well as teaching athletes skills to reduce anxiety and enhance sports performance. I have experience working with different sports such as lacrosse, cheer, gymnastics, soccer, softball, basketball, swim, golf, and many more.
