Introduction

Hey, I'm Ally! Throughout my years in the counseling profession, my experiences have ranged from community-based services, residential treatment, and private practice where I have primarily worked with children & adolescents as well as their families. I launched my practice, L.O.V.E. Counseling, at the beginning of 2024, where I work with adolescents and young adults. I have training in CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT, where my areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidality, trauma, relationship issues, and developing & enhancing self-esteem. I come into each therapy session with a person centered, humanistic approach, in that I believe the client relationship is the most important piece of the therapeutic work.
