I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. I've had the privilege of working with diverse individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, body image concerns, and more. My dynamic approach to psychotherapy is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs, focusing on empowering and challenging folks to develop effective coping strategies and achieve personal goals. I utilize evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness skills.
