I earned my master’s degree in social work from Indiana University in 2014 and have over a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, and trauma, guiding them toward healing and resilience. I believe in empowering each person’s unique strengths to foster growth and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Our past experiences can shape how we manage stress, making it essential to process emotional pain and explore a path forward. To support this journey, I utilize therapeutic approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), creating a space for healing and self-discovery. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
