Introduction

I am an experienced mental health counselor creating a safe space for individuals to explore their emotions. Everyone faces emotional challenges and I am dedicated to support each person from their perspective and work with their strengths to help achieve growth. I am a trauma informed and person centered therapist with a wide range of experience with people of many cultures and backgrounds Including issues of gender, sex, and sexuality. I use a holistic perspective and am proficient in multiple evidenced based modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution focused, motivational interviewing, trauma informed CBT, mindfulness practice, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I am spiritual in nature and enjoy building upon spiritual strength to support the individual as a tool for change. I recognize that all of our life experiences are unique and I create a non-judgmental space for those experiences to be explored. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help the you use your existing tools and build upon them to create change.
