Hi! My name is Allison and I want to work for you! As someone who has been on both sides of the couch, I know that therapy is hard and can feel really overwhelming sometimes. My job is never to judge but to encourage, provide accountability and walk along side you through whatever is necessary for healing. I have worked in high levels of care the last couple of years and specialize in depression, anxiety, self-harm/SI, and self-esteem work. I bring a lot of laughter to my sessions and create an environment that feels safe and encouraging, while holding you accountable; kind of like spending time with a friend.
