Hi! My name is Allison and I want to work for you! My job is never to judge but to encourage, provide accountability and walk along side you through whatever is necessary for healing. I have worked in high levels of care the last couple of years and specialize in depression, anxiety, self-harm/SI, and self-esteem work. I bring a lot of laughter to my sessions and create an environment that feels safe and encouraging, while holding you accountable; kind of like spending time with a friend.
