I work from a trauma informed lens and system perspective, which considers the impact of your relationships, experiences, and life circumstances on your feelings and behaviors. I draw on tools from mindfulness and CBT to help you heal and thrive, but on the whole I consider my approach to be eclectic, tailoring it to your needs and preferences.
