I am available most weekdays in the morning, afternoon, and evening.I believe that by providing a safe place for individuals to feel heard, understood, and encouraged can increase emotional resiliency during difficult life transitions and will create positive lasting change. I prioritize building a supportive therapeutic connection, and during this process you'll develop insight into problematic thinking patterns that impact your emotional regulation, which keeps you from self-acceptance and hope for the future. I am passionate about supporting clients by helping develop healthy strategies to cope and experience growth in emotional and physical wellness. My approach to treatment is client-centered and collaborative, as I believe in meeting individuals where they are in the therapeutic process to meet their own unique needs. My approach to therapy combines different treatment modalities; (CBT), (DBT), (ACT), psychodynamic, solution-focused, strengths based, person-centered, and mindfulness approaches. Setbacks are not failures, but an opportunity to grow from these experiences and have an increase in life satisfaction. We will work collaboratively to explore your challenges, increase social connections, and promote empowerment. Therapy can help guide you to find your inner strength.
