Hi! I’m Ally & welcome to Therapy With Ally, my telehealth private practice meant to walk alongside & honor YOU. My mission as a therapist is to join you on your path to healing & be an extra hand to partner through daily difficulties, challenging situations, emotional adjustments, traumatic experiences, and life’s highs and lows. When we enter therapy, we are looking for a hint of glitter among the dust, or a splash of joy in a hard time. I can't say that I can be that, but I can say that I can help get you to where you want to be, reflect the mirror back on you, and help you utilize the skills you need, and the skills you have, to find healing and hope again.
