Introduction

As an adult looking to build a family, you’ve found that the journey from being single to navigating dating and pre-marital relationships has been far more complex than you anticipated. The transition from independence to partnership has left you feeling like you need professional help to navigate education and new skills. Mood disorders and trauma also make it difficult to find ease, all while presenting a façade of control to the outside world. The combination of these struggles while trying to plan for the future has stirred up feelings of vulnerability, self-doubt, and fear of making the wrong choices. We ALL need help to clarify our intentions, get educated about transitions, and learn how to build new skills. In our work together we consider a holistic approach for your well being. We will take stock of your current reality and explore the vision you have for your partnership and family. You’ll build an intentional, fruitful, and productive life into parenthood. Learn to highlight your strengths and build your confidence to move towards your goals. Discover peace, balance, and emotional regulation in yourself and your relationships. Contact me today for a FREE consultation and let’s get you moving forward constructively and productively. After an international business career, I graduated with a Master of Arts in General Psychology from The New School (2011) focusing on neuroscience and attachment theory; and from New York University with a Masters in Social Work (2020) . I'm experienced in treating adults with mood disorders, trauma, life and career transitions, and relationship issues throughout the lifespan. I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining psychodynamic insight with evidence- based cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, DBT, and mindfulness-based tools in order to cultivate response flexibility and self-compassion.
