I started my journey giving back as a community arts teacher in San Francisco. I had always known the healing power of the arts and it is what led me to grad school to become a therapist. I graduated from Loyola Marymount University with my MA in Marital and Family Therapy with a Specialization in Art Therapy. Since graduating, I have worked in several different settings, from community mental health, residential and outpatient programs. I've been in private practice in San Diego since 2017. This is where I've been able to dive into my passion of helping teens and woman through various life stages. I have a humanistic approach, meeting the client where they are at with support and non-judgement. This is supported by a combination of evidence based practices, mindfulness and my experience as an art therapist.
