I became a therapist because I love helping people grow into the best version of themselves. When I was 18, I went through a tough time and had the support of a guidance counselor who listened without judgment and made me feel understood. That experience stuck with me, and I knew I wanted to offer the same kind of support to others. In therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and at ease. I take a warm, conversational approach while also helping you set goals and find the structure you need to grow. I believe that success in therapy happens when you become more self-aware, honest with yourself, and ready to take small but meaningful steps toward change. If you’re feeling nervous about starting therapy, I completely understand. Opening up to someone new can feel scary, but taking that first step can truly be life-changing. I'm here to support you through the process in a way that feels right for you. And along the way, I always encourage finding little ways to care for yourself—whether that’s listening to music, doing something creative, or just taking a few mindful breaths to help ease stress. You don’t have to do it alone, and I’d love to walk alongside you on this journey.
