Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults of diverse populations providing psychotherapy services. I am eclectic in my approach with my clients as each of them are different and have different needs. Some of my areas of expertise is helping clients heal from trauma, as well as coping with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions and parenting. I use play therapy and CBT when working with children and adolescents.. I treat my clients with respect, compassion and help them to obtain clarity through their therapy. I am bilingual and offer therapy services in English and Spanish. **I offer a free 10-15 minute telephone consultation to speak with potential client's to give them the opportunity to ask questions and see if I am a good fit for them as a therapist. ** *** For in- network insurance clients I used the platforms Headway and Alma for billing and insurance administrative tasks***
