I graduated from Rosemont College with a Master’s in counseling psychology and went on to obtain my license in Professional Counseling, and National Certification as a Counselor. I specialize in treating addiction, mood disorders, teaching coping skills, grief and loss, and general life changes. I am an eclectic therapist, utilizing therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based approaches, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
