Introduction

As a neurodivergent-informed and affirming therapist, I specialize in supporting high-achieving, perfectionistic, and deeply caring individuals who often find themselves overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy by embracing a non-pathologizing lens. I see diagnoses only as tools for support, not limitations. I work to help you access the deep emotional roots of your experiences, bringing clarity and lasting change. I integrate Coherence Therapy, a powerful 'bottom-up' approach to therapy that uncovers and transforms our old emotional learnings, with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and parts work, to guide clients through meaningful self-discovery. This approach is particularly beneficial for those grappling with issues like childhood emotional wounds, perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, and/or unresolved trauma or attachment wounds. Whether you’re a high-achieving professional woman, a neurodivergent parent, or someone navigating personal and relational challenges, I work with you to uncover what's not working and help you create a personalized roadmap toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. For parents, individuals, and couples, I create a safe and affirming space to explore your challenges through a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed lens, supporting your growth without judgment. I specialize in working with clients navigating burnout, exhaustion, or feelings of being stuck in the context of relationships, work, and personal fulfillment as well as integrating late-discovered or diagnosed ADHD or autism needs and identity into everyday life. Based in Belmont, NC, with online therapy options available, I work with clients across NC for therapy (and across the globe under my separate coaching license). My clients often describe me as knowledgeable, collaborative, and deeply invested in their journey. If you're seeking therapy that embraces your unique experiences, particularly from a neurodivergent or trauma-informed perspective, I invite you to reach out! Together, we can explore a path forward that honors your strengths and helps you live more authentically.
