Introduction

I work with individuals who are navigating burnout, overwhelm, or a sense of feeling stuck. Many of my clients are juggling demanding roles, whether in their careers, relationships, or personal lives, and they’re struggling to meet everyone’s needs, including their own. They describe feeling physically and emotionally drained, disconnected from their authentic self, or weighed down by guilt, perfectionism, or self-doubt. My approach is highly individualized and collaborative. Together, we explore your experiences to uncover the patterns and beliefs driving your stress, resistance, or self-criticism. Using evidence-based, non-pathologizing frameworks, we’ll identify what feels out of alignment and create a pathway toward greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment. A cornerstone of my work is Coherence Therapy, a powerful approach that is designed to create lasting change and symptom relief much faster than traditional talk therapy. By addressing the emotional roots of our behaviors and beliefs, Coherence Therapy helps resolve even deeply ingrained patterns in a way that feels natural and enduring. My clients frequently experience transformative relief and newfound alignment in areas they’ve struggled with for years, achieving meaningful progress in significantly less time than traditional talk therapy. Our work might focus on reducing the constant energy drain of feeling inadequate, learning how to step off the hamster wheel of perfectionism, or reconnecting with your core values to create a life that feels more authentic and sustainable. Through this process, clients often notice they’re more able to show up in their relationships, work, and personal life with a clearer sense of purpose and ease. Sessions will be a mix of emotional exploration and practical application, all grounded in Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and relational approaches. My goal will be to help you reconnect with your strengths, discover and embrace self-compassion, and move forward with confidence, purpose, and authentic alignment. I’m currently full, but I’d love to connect with you and add you to my waitlist. Joining my waitlist means you’ll get the opportunity to begin working together as soon as an opening becomes available. If this feels like the right next step for you, I’m happy to schedule a consultation to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and explore how we can work together. I would be honored to support you in creating the meaningful change you are in need of when the timing aligns.
