Introduction

(Evening and weekend appointments available) I focus on honoring your knowledge and experiences in the hope of creating an empowering environment where you benefit from the freedom to discover your strengths, resiliencies, and courage. Early on I realized my passion for integrating medical/biological information into my understanding of clients. My work has largely been in neuropsychology & health psychology focusing on helping people with adjustment to significant change, relationships, and life and death issues, as well as living with grief. I truly appreciate the complexity that makes each of us who we are. Let's work together to get you to the person you wish to be, living the life that you imagine for yourself.
