Hey - I'm Allison (she/her) and I’m a therapist in Seattle (LICSW, PMH-C) that works with millennial women, mothers, and couples who don't always have their sh*t together. Spoiler: that’s everyone. As a millennial myself, the basis of my work is not just clinical – it’s the shared perspective and lived experiences that have completely shaped our generation.
