My goal is to help you reach your full potential in life while being confident and comfortable with who you are. Teaching people the skills to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, assertiveness and hope is my purpose. Sometimes, in order to figure out who we are, we need to understand who we are not first. Most of the clients I work with want to deepen their relationships, improve communication and bonding, increase self worth and assertiveness, manage stress, anxiety or burnout, navigate life transitions and just figure out adulting! I believe counseling is a collaborative process and together we can reach their goals, guiding them to where life feels manageable again and empowering them to create the quality of life you desire! Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns. I combine the warmth of a person-centered approach with the structure of CBT along with mindfulness based techniques for stress. By understanding the thoughts and beliefs behind behavior, you gain clarity to decide what serves you best.
