I have over 9 years of experience working in mental health and I have received credentials as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 1 and 2 (CCTP I/II), a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and as an EMDR Trained Professional. My top specialities are in trauma work, PTSD, complex PTSD, and anxiety. I specialize in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR while also focusing on inner child work and shadow work within trauma recovery. I also incorporate polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and somatic healing practices. I focus on trauma work to help you unlearn unhealthy habits and relearn healthier, adaptive habits to gain a sense of control in your life. I teach you how to be your most authentic self. Many thoughts & emotions can become confusing. You may feel as though your world has been turned upside down. It becomes difficult to make sense of situations.
