My passion for improving the well-being of entire communities, regardless of their economic status, fuels my dedication as a community clinician. With a successful private practice and transitioning to the role as a supervisor, guiding clinicians to offer affordable and equitable embodied therapies to the community is my passion. My extensive experience in inpatient psychiatry and outpatient youth advocacy across the Denver Metro and Spokane Area has provided me with profound insights into trauma-focused work. Throughout my tenure with organizations like Lutheran Community Services, Denver Health, Youth Advocate Partners, and Mental Health Partners, I’ve developed a specialization in assisting at-risk, complex needs, and gifted adolescents, teens, and emerging adults. I approach my work from a holistic perspective, rooted in mindfulness and a transpersonal lens. This approach fosters a profound self-awareness and self-compassion, aiding in the healing journey.
