I’m Allie Seay, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate their personal journeys of healing, self-discovery, and emotional resilience. My work combines the transformative power of Embodied Processing and Equine-Assisted Coaching to create a safe, nurturing space for individuals to reconnect with themselves and find peace. As someone who spent 13 years in a domestic violence relationship, I’ve lived through the complexities of trauma and its impact on the mind and body. I understand firsthand the challenges of breaking free, healing, and learning to thrive again. It’s this personal experience that shapes my approach. There’s a profound difference between being trauma-informed and being trauma-experienced. My journey has given me deep empathy and insight, allowing me to meet clients where they are with compassion and understanding. Through my own healing, I’ve come to appreciate the importance of self-awareness and how the nervous system directly influences our emotions and reactions. I’ve studied how trauma lives in the body, manifesting in patterns like reactive abuse, and how understanding these patterns can open the door to lasting peace. Healing isn’t about "fixing" yourself—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that have been silenced or hidden and learning to live authentically again. Horses have been an essential part of my healing and teaching journey. These incredible animals, with their innate ability to sense and mirror emotions, create a space for vulnerability, growth, and profound connection. In our sessions, we work together—guided by the horses and supported by my expertise in embodied practices—to uncover the roots of your emotions and build a stronger, more balanced version of yourself. I specialize in working with: Survivors of domestic violence, trauma, or abuse, Individuals seeking to manage stress or triggers, and Those looking to deepen their emotional awareness and relationships. Whether you’re taking your first steps toward healing or are further along on your journey, my goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered. I believe healing is possible for everyone, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you rediscover the strength, peace, and clarity already within you.
