You wake up and dread getting out of bed because then you have to go to a job that you can’t stand. You count down the minutes until 5 only to go home and spend your free time picking up after your partner/dogs/kids. You feel resentful and frustrated and your deepest fear is that you’ll always be stuck taking care of everyone else but yourself. You feel like you have nothing of your own—you're simply an employee, partner, or mom. But there’s so much more to you than that! You want to be excited about getting out of bed in the morning, get through the day without crying, and be able to be confident in your decisions again. I’m here to help you make yourself a priority. I am an authentic, easy-going, supportive counselor that can help you create a life that brings you joy. I provide care for women who are experiencing excessive amounts of worry, a sense of purposelessness and feel miserable in life.
