I believe it is an honor to work with individuals as they navigate their journey to mental wellness. As a therapist, I strive to provide realistic, empathetic, and creative therapy to my clients. My passion lies in working with children, teens, and adults. My goal is to support your personal growth by helping you adjust your perception and develop belief in your ability to overcome challenges. Creating a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment is essential to me. I place a strong emphasis on utilizing art-informed therapy and other expressive therapies, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients through an eclectic blend of modalities. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoy facilitating groups rooted in art and expressive-informed therapy for school-aged children and teens. These group sessions aim to enhance social skills, mindfulness, self-esteem, and provide effective coping mechanisms for anxiety. I also have extensive experience collaborating with psychologists to develop comprehensive therapeutic plans, working closely with school teachers to provide classroom and Individualized Education Program (IEP) support, as well as collaborating with other important figures in the lives of individuals. By forming a holistic plan, I strive to ensure that my clients receive comprehensive support and care from all relevant aspects of their lives. I am committed to providing a well-rounded and collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing the importance of a multidisciplinary team in supporting the overall well-being of my clients.
