You can expect to have your story heard, with the emphasis being on you. My role is to help you feel safe so that you can be curious and explore the areas most important to you. I strive to meet people where they are and I am comfortable integrating faith into therapy, if that's your desire. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a structured approach to therapy that yields significant results and works easily with individuals, relationships, and families. EFT helps you slow down the chaos so that you can organize your most painful places. For the past 8 years, I have been focused on developing my craft in 3 areas: 1. Working with couples. 2. Working with trauma. 3. Working with fellow helpers; therapists and other medical professionals and first responders. I enjoy all 3 and am able to use my personal life experiences to help you process your struggles and sacred spaces. With fellow therapists, I make sure to keep the session directed on your therapy and your needs through an overt and transparent style of EFT.
