Introduction

I am Aliyah Mitchell, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor based in Rochester, NY. I have the ability to help anyone located within New York State via telehealth. I have experience providing both individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and their families, and experience providing individual therapy to adults. I utilize evidence-based approaches in my work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also have experience using various other therapeutic approaches as well. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe environment to every client and family that I work with, in order to assist them in working towards their therapeutic goals.
