I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing from psychodynamic theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients navigate mental health challenges and cultivate deeper self-awareness. With a strong focus on the connection between past and present, I support clients in exploring how early life experiences shape current emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I am especially passionate about working with survivors of trauma, as well as those experiencing anxiety, life transitions, executive dysfunction, and sport-related stress. I help clients feel heard and empowered to explore their inner world, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build practical tools for everyday life. I provide individual therapy to adolescent and adult clients.
